Travel clubs offer members unsold space on airplanes, cruise ships, and package tours at as much as 50% below regular prices. Membership may include a regular bulletin or access to a toll-free hot line giving details of available trips departing from three or four days to several months in the future. Most clubs also offer 50% discounts on hotel rack rates. Before booking with a club, make sure the hotel or other supplier isn't offering a better deal.
